On your arrival at the ROC, our receptionist will welcome you and help to make you feel comfortable and at ease. You will be introduced to a member of the clinical team and shown to your room where the facilities will be explained to you. If you require assistance with your luggage our porters are always available to help.
Meals and drinks
The ROC has its own coffee lounge for the convenience of patients and their visitors serving hot and cold beverages throughout the day. This is also a lovely space for you to relax on the comfy seating, with the company of others, should you wish to do so.
If it is necessary for you to be admitted into the ROC, breakfast is served from 7.00 am, lunch is served from 12 noon and dinner is served from 5pm.
In addition a selection of hot and cold beverages, snacks and guest meals are available to order throughout the day at your request. Our chefs will be happy to prepare special menus in accordance with any particular preference or dietary needs.
Housekeeping
Your room will be cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels provided. If you require additional cleaning services please notify a member of staff during your stay.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome during your hospital visit/stay. Visiting hours are kept as open and flexible as possible, consistent with your own need for rest and quiet. We normally request that visitors leave the hospital by 10pm.
