Dr Wilson graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1988 and was appointed to his current post of Consultant Medical Oncologist at The Christie Hospital in 2002.
Dr Wilson is a key member of the Breast and Colorectal Cancer Groups, is closely involved in the Breast and Colorectal Cancer Research Programmes and is the principal investigator in a number of national and international trials at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. He also has a special interest in Selective Internal Radiation Therapy for liver tumours (SIRT) and plays a leading role in the development of this at The Christie.
Dr Wilson’s special expertise is breast cancer, colorectal cancer and carcinoma of unknown primary source.

The Alexandra Hospital for 8 years and is available for consultation at the Richmond Oncology Centre every Wednesday.
